Letter: Herald insulted dead Marines by playing story inside newspaper

    ORDER REPRINT →

August 10, 2015 12:00 AM

July 16, there was an act of domestic terrorism that involved the killing of four Marines in Memphis. ISIS claimed responsibility!

The Tri-City Herald greatly, highly, insulted them and their sacrifice by relegating them to page A5 in the newspaper on July 17. The aforementioned article was very small with little credible information.

Had this been a police shooting of any kind, anywhere, this would have been front-page news. Is this what you call fair and unbiased reporting?

Shame on you Tri-City Herald, shame on you!
