I had a very unhappy visit to the Tri-Cities about one month ago due to rude Hanford drivers.
I took my first pleasure trip to your area in 30 years and was driving to Richland from Mattawa on Highway 240 when hundreds of Hanford workers in their cars entered the roadway at 4:30 p.m., bringing 70 mph traffic to a nearly complete stop.
I witnessed most of this traffic only slow down as they ran through the stop sign from Alder Road in front of my truck. Then I was tailgated all the way into Richland, where a badged Hanford worker proceeded to shout at me for a full three minutes at the first stoplight because I had honked my horn out there.
Why is there no extra lane for merging Hanford traffic? Or at least a stoplight controlling entering vehicles? Or any deputies or State Patrol monitoring that intersection?

It all seemed like mob rule out there, and certainly ruined the rest of my trip to your area.
