Maybe the problem of minors in bars would stop if Washington State Liquor Control Board would quit sending minors into bars.
But if they insist on using minors for compliance checks, could they please stop using the ones with receding hairlines and beards?
I understand they have a job to do, but their deceptive tactics might lead some to believe their motives are more about creating violations for the fine money they collect rather than any real desire to stop underage drinking.
In 2011, a Clark County Superior Court Judge ruled that the WSLCB underage stings are unlawful, so why are they still doing them?
Furthermore, WSLCB has a database of businesses that fail the compliance checks. I would like to see a database of the number of times a business passes a compliance check.
