We don’t need to breach the dams to protect the fish; we need the states of Oregon and Washington to make a law so no one can use gill nets.
They don’t know how many fish are killed and wasted by using gill nets. The people who want to eat the fish should only use fishing poles and eat what they catch. When they use gill nets, they take what fish they want and waste the rest that die from being in the nets. So we need to get the states to work together to make it illegal to use gill nets.
