Former “Real Housewives of Miami” star Lenny Hochstein has been hit with a lawsuit filed Friday in Miami-Dade County, first reported by TMZ. According to court documents reviewed by the Miami Herald, a woman, using the pseudonym Jane Doe to protect her identity, claims that the renowned plastic surgeon drugged and assaulted her in early May 2025.

The complaint says the London resident, who travels often to Miami for jobs and “networking opportunities,” was hanging out at members-only club Sopra in Miami Beach’s South of Fifth neighborhood on the evening of May 1. At some point, a male patron, named as “The Decoy,” invited her to an “exclusive” after-party at “a glamorous Star Island estate.”

They ended up at Hochstein’s mansion, where the so-called after-party was actually a small gathering of only four — including another woman and the original man from Sopra, who paired off, leaving Doe with the defendant, the suit says.

Around 3 a.m., Doe notes she was offered a tour of the home the doctor once shared with his ex-wife, “RHOM” star Lisa Hochstein, and their two young kids. The tour concluded in the bedroom, where he “kissed” her, according to the lawsuit.

After refusing to have sex with Hochstein multiple times, she says he suggested they go to bed, the suit continues. The woman told him she preferred to go home because she would have trouble sleeping in a stranger’s home, so he offered her a “common, benign” sleeping pill, which she admits to taking.

After continuing to rebuff the purported advances, the plaintiff says she “lost consciousness and blacked out,” with no memory of what occurred after.

The next morning, th woman says she was still “hazy” when the defendant left for a haircut. When he returned, she says he climbed under the covers, attempting again to have sex, when she realized her underwear was gone. Hochstein informed her they’d already had sex the night before, says the 13-page filing, which added she never gave consent.

In the days that followed, Doe says she continued to “feel ill, suffering from persistent headaches and overwhelming exhaustion.” She texted the plaintiff what drug he’d given her, to which he responded “melatonin.”

The woman did a Google image search and concluded that the drug was stronger — Ambien, a prescription sedative, reads the complaint.

Hochstein didn’t respond to a Miami Herald request for comment, but released a statement on Monday, denying all the allegations:

“I have never drugged or raped anyone in my life,” said the former reality star, 59. “This is an encounter I had over a year ago. There are multiple witnesses. If she believes she was raped she should go to the police. Not try to sue me for money. There is a video of her leaving my home the next day smiling and dancing. That is not the behavior of someone who believes she was raped.”

The woman is seeking monetary damages in excess of $50,000 for pain and suffering, mental anguish, depression and more, and is requesting a jury trial. She is represented by personal injury attorneys Nicholas Spetsas of Orlando and Anthony Buzbee of Houston. Neither of the two responded to a Miami Herald request for comment on Tuesday.

Hochstein’s lawyer, Lorne Berkeley of Cooper City, told People magazine that his client is looking forward to clearing his name and says the woman’s lawsuit is “false and financially motivated.” Berkeley adds that they “possess evidence that materially contradicts the claims,” and it will “presented in the appropriate legal forum.”

The forum appears to be TMZ, which just published a Ring doorbell-cam-style video of what Hochstein says is the “victim” outside his home. The woman’s face is blurred, and she is semi-skipping down the front-door stairs to a waiting car. Though the person in the video is not identified, the date is May 2, the time stamp a little after 12:30 p.m.
