Marvin E. Smalley

Marvin E. Smalley, 88, of Richland, died June 7 in Richland.

He was born in Columbia, S.D., and lived in Everett before moving to the Tri-City area in 2013.

He was a retired branch manager for Western Union.

Einan’s at Sunset, Richland, is in charge of arrangements.
