Richard O. Nustad

Richard Owen Nustad, 77, died Feb. 25 at home in Kennewick.

He was born in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and lived in the Tri-City area for 14 years.

He was a retired civil engineer for a telephone company.

Hillcrest Memorial Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
