OTHELLO -- James H. Fleishman, 73, of Othello, died July 17 in Othello.
He was born in Oakland, Calif., and lived in Othello for 43 years.
He was a retired ditch rider for the irrigation district.
Danekas Funeral Home, Ritzville, is in charge of arrangements.
