Clarence “LeRoy” Smith Jr.

Clarence “LeRoy” Smith Jr., 79, of Charlotte, N.C., died May 29 in Charlotte.

He was born in Ainsworth, Neb., and lived many years in the Tri-City area before moving in 2006.

He was a retired operational manager for Bechtel National at Hanford and other locations in the U.S.

Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
