Students entering fifth through ninth grade can participate in Kennewick High School’s first annual Air Force junior reserve officer training camp from noon to 4 p.m. Aug. 3-7 in the Kennewick High cafeteria.
Air Force JROTC cadets will teach armed drill, unarmed drill, color guard and physical training. There will be a variety of team-building activities as well.
Participants who complete the twenty-hour training will receive a free T-shirt and perform at a Kennewick High School football game.
Registration fee is $40. Registration forms are available at Kennewick High School, 500 S. Dayton St.
