A Boardman man and a toddler were killed late Thursday in a head-on collision on Interstate 84 near Boardman.

His Subaru Impreza collided with a Chrysler 200 driven by Tami R. Graves, 44, of Burbank.

Her 3-year-old neice, Emmalee Kitchen, was killed in the crash. Castaneda also died at the scene.

Graves suffered non-life threatening injuries and was taken by ambulance to Good Shepard Hospital in Pendleton.

The eastbound lanes were closed for about five hours while the accident was investigated.

OSP was helped by the Morrow County Sheriff's Office, Boardman Police Department, Boardman Fire Department, Irrigon Fire Department and the Oregon Department of Transportation.
