Prosecutors released another installment of documents Wednesday related to the investigation into the Pasco police shooting of Antonio Zambrano-Montes.
The third installment to be released this month includes interviews with more than a dozen witnesses and video from the night of the shooting. Another installment is expected to be released next week.
The Herald had previously reviewed the material, which contained eyewitness accounts. The orchard worker was shot at 17 times after throwing rocks at a passing car and the officers.
The material is part of a special investigation by a team of local police called the Tri-City Special Investigations Unit. Franklin County Prosecutor Shawn Sant is expected to decide within the coming months whether to criminally charge the officers.
