David John Moses, forgery

Kennewick police and Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers are searching for a Seattle man wanted for forgery.

David John Moses, 44, is 5-foot-10, 165 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He has numerous tattoos on both arms, wrists, right shoulder and left ankle.

Moses has used to the aliases David J. Fuller and David Sutton. He was last known to be living in Seattle.

He is charged with forgery.

Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers pays a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information that results in a felony arrest.
