A car reportedly stolen in Pasco on Wednesday was later found in Kennewick after a resident called police about a suspicious vehicle in his neighborhood, Kennewick police said.
Khyle W. Cassano, 19, of Kennewick, along with a 16-year-old Kennewick girl and a 15-year-old girl from Richland were arrested on suspicion of possession of stolen property, according to police.
After police received the call from the witness they confirmed the car had been reported stolen. The keys allegedly were left in the car.
Officers arrived in the 200 block of S. Oak and detained the three occupants as they were trying to flee. The car apparently had broken down.

Cassano was booked into the Benton County jail and the females were taken to the Benton Franklin Juvenile Justice Center. The 15-year-old also was arrested on suspicion of minor in possession of alcohol, police said.
