A Spokane man planned to hook up with two 13-year-old girls when he drove to a Richland park in early January.
He's now facing four to six years in prison.
Donald T. Sizer, 38, pleaded guilty Wednesday to attempted second-degree rape of a child in Benton County Superior Court.
The plea comes with a mandatory minimum of four years and 10 months to six years and four months, with a possible maximum sentence of life. His sentencing date was not set.
Southeast Regional Internet Crimes Against Children task force members arrested Sizer as part of a six-month investigation and an ongoing series of "Net Nanny" arrests.
He responded to a Craigslist personals advertisement that claimed to be from a young girl looking for an "older daddy."
He responded to the ad and chatted with a Richland police detective who was pretending to be an underage girl. For five months he talked with the detective, including sending nude pictures, before driving to Richland.
He asked the girl if she had a friend and said he wanted to have sex with them in his hotel room, according to court records.
He was arrested after he showed up at the park.
