After a brief reprieve, temperatures are expected to climb back into the 100s this week.
They should reach a high of about 99 July 30, then increase to about 102 to 103 July 31 through the weekend, according to the National Weather Service in Pendleton.
Aug. 3 might be a little cooler, at about 97, the weather service said.
