Washington education officials are looking for candidates to serve on Educational Service District 123.
State superintendent Randy Dorn recently announced the ESD board elections, which will be in October, a release said. ESD board members serve four-year terms and are elected by the boards of the school districts of each service district, which advise local school districts and develop cooperative services.
Positions 2, 4, 6 and 8 of ESD 123, based in Pasco, are up for election. Those seats are currently held by Sheryl Byerley, Anna Rhea, Stephen Maciboba and Steve Landon.
Candidacy forms will be available after Aug. 25 from the ESD 123 office. Eligible candidates must be registered voters.
