Kennewick City Council, 6:30 p.m., 210 W. Sixth Ave.: hold public hearing and then consider permanently banning marijuana-related businesses within city boundaries.

Prosser Transportation Benefit District, 6:30 p.m., 601 Seventh St.: public hearing on 2015 revenue sources and discuss the 2015 preliminary budget.

Pasco City Council, 7 p.m., 525 N. Third. Ave.: consider accepting notice of intent to annex property owned by Richard and Carel Rogers; consider adopting the Sylvester's Addition Neighborhood Revitalization plan.
