'Bomberopoly' to raise funds for music program

RICHLAND, Wash. -- The Richland High School Instrumental Music Boosters will have an open house at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Richland Public Library for people interested in sponsoring a space on a Monopoly-styled gameboard.

The organization is making Richland Bomberopoly as a fundraiser to support the school's instrumental music program. Game chairwoman Valarie Peery said some donors are signed up as sponsors, including Kadlec Medical Center, but more are needed.

The game is expected to be available for purchase sometime in November. For more information, go to www.rhsimb.org/fundraisers.html.
