If you're looking for a lucky city to buy a lottery ticket, head for Ephrata.
In the past two years, residents have won $19,390,000.
The latest winner is Jeffrey Long, who won $200,000 on a Money Money Money Scratch ticket Monday. Long, 56, works at a pool and spa store.
Asked what he plans to do with his winnings, Long told lottery officials, "Get completely out of debt and buy a truck. I'm definitely not going to blow it."
Long bought his winning ticket at BJ's Chukar Hills, a convenience store, managed by Helen Snow. Last week, another Ephrata man bought a ticket at BJ's and is now $190,000 richer.
