A cooking class for people with diabetes is designed to teach participants how to make simple, tasty and healthy meals.
Participants will learn about the benefits of a plant-based diet, how to control portions and basic cooking skills.
The class meets 6-8 p.m. June 6, 13, 20 and 27 at 3311 W. Clearwater, Suite B110, Kennewick. Cost is $50.
