A Burbank driver is facing possible negligent driving charges after rolling his pickup on Highway 395 north of Pasco this morning, said the Washington State Patrol.
He and one of his passengers were hurt and taken to Kennewick General Hospital.
Jason J. Porter, 39, was headed north in a 2007 Chevy pickup at 5:09 a.m. when he lost control near Phend Road.
He drifted off the inside shoulder, overcorrected to the right and then to the left, rolling the truck into the median, said state patrol investigators.
Porter and Meki M. Porter, 41, of Pasco, were taken to KGH with injuries and were listed in stable condition Monday night. Neither was wearing a seat belt, said the WSP.
Another passenger Robert J. Fiocchi, 36, of Kennewick was wearing a seat belt and was not injured.
