KENNEWICK -- A sex offender considered highly likely to reoffend has said he is living in Benton County but doesn't have a permanent address.
Daniel Franklin Davenport, 26, is 5-foot-9, 310 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
He was convicted in 2003 in Benton County of two counts of first-degree child molestation and is classified as a Level 3 sex offender.
Davenport is not wanted by police but is required to tell them where he is living.
As a transient sex offender, he is required to make weekly check-ins with the sheriff's office.

Kennewick police also have a meeting each month to provide information about registered sex offenders and share information about how residents can keep their families safe.
The meetings are at 6 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month at the police station, 211 W. Sixth Ave., Kennewick.
