Lipi Turner-Rahman, a professor of anthropology, will give a lecture on America's problematic relationship with Pakistan at 11:30 a.m. Friday at the Red Lion Hotel in Richland.
Her talk includes her views on whether Pakistan is a troubled ally or failed friend. She teaches religion, culture and history of the Islamic world at Washington State University in Pullman.
