Meetings, forum planned in Pasco for parents for possible transition

The Pasco School District will hold a public forum and a number of informational meetings to prepare parents for a possible transition to a multi-track, year-round at its elementary schools.

The first public meeting -- a forum in front of the school board -- will be at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at the district building, 1215 W. Lewis St.

The following additional information sessions are at:

-- 6:30 p.m. today at Ruth Livingston Elementary.

-- 5 p.m. Sept. 22 at Longfellow Elementary

-- 5:30 p.m. Sept. 22 at McLoughlin Middle School.

-- 4 p.m. Sept 28 at Rowena Chess Elementary.

-- 6 p.m. Sept. 29 at the C.L. Booth Building.

-- 5:55 p.m. Oct. 3 at Mark Twain Elementary.

-- 6 p.m. Oct. 4 at Ochoa Middle School.

-- 6:30 p.m. Oct. 4 at McGee Elementary.

-- 6 p.m. Oct. 5 at the district building, 1215 W. Lewis St.

-- 6 p.m. Oct. 6 at Chiawana High School.

-- 6:30 p.m. Oct. 10 at Maya Angelou Elementary.
