The Wildhorse Foundation of the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation announced nearly $194,000 in donations to 30 Oregon and Washington agencies.
Among the recipients was Kennewick's Edith Bishel Center for the Blind & Visually Impaired, which received $4,000.
The agency provides low vision evaluations, independent living and low vision aids, computer training and education, support groups, access to specialized print, audio, video and Braille resources and personalized independent living skills training.
Children's Home Society of Washington in Walla Walla will receive $5,000 from the foundation.

Another $1,000 will go to Umatilla Morrow Alternatives of Hermiston. The group advocates for equality and human dignity and provides a variety of services, including help for homeless and free testing for HIV/AIDS.
