Ignite Youth Mentoring is an organization committed to providing youths in the Tri-Cities with adult role models.

The group works with schools, youth and family agencies, counselors and churches to support young citizens. Its mission is to enable young people to find hope and safety through adult mentors who will help them form strong values, develop skills and discover God has a purpose in their communities.

The purpose of the miniature gold tournament is to introduce Ignite to the community and sign up volunteer mentors.
