Sex offender moves to home in Pasco

A sex offender considered highly likely to reoffend has moved to a new home in Pasco.

Morris McKeown, 58, was living on North Fifth Avenue, but is now in the 2600 block of North Fourth Avenue.

McKeown is 5-foot-11, 195 pounds with gray hair and hazel eyes.

He was convicted this year of attempting to view depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct; in 2006 of failing to register as a sex offender; in 2001 of first-degree child molestation and in 1989 of two counts of unlawful imprisonment.

McKeown is not wanted by police, but he is classified as a Level 3 sex offender, which requires him to tell police where he is living.
