KENNEWICK -- A Kennewick man is in fair condition at Kennewick General Hospital after being involved in a T-bone crash on Kellogg Street on Wednesday.
Frank Hamada, 55, was a passenger in a car driven by Stephen Hiller, 60, of Kennewick, northbound on Kellogg at the intersection with 10th Avenue at 6:05 a.m., police said.
Hiller had the green light, but a Ford Ranger pickup driven by Tanner Crass, 20, of Kennewick, reportedly went through the red light on 10th and smashed into the side of Hiller's Acura.
Kennewick police said one of Hamada's ribs was broken, but no other injuries were reported.
Crass was cited for failing to stop at the red light, police said.
