KENNEWICK -- Kennewick Community Education plans an archaeological look at the past 11,000 years at what now is the Hanford nuclear reservation.
Archaeologist Tom Marceau will discuss Hanford through the years up to the current Native American interest and participation in decisions about Hanford. He will cover the impact of the land on the people as well as the impact of the people on the land.
The class is from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. May 19 at the Southridge High School library in Kennewick. Cost is $15.
