Proposals for parking fees at Washington State University Tri-Cities have surfaced.
University officials on Thursday published two plans being considered. They call for staff and faculty to annually pay $20 and students to pay $10 per semester.
The difference between the two plans is when fees would go into effect for students. In one plan, the students' fee would be delayed until fall 2012.
The plans call for staff and faculty to start paying this fall. Parking would be free for everyone during summer semester under both plans.
