A sex offender considered highly likely to reoffend is living in Kennewick.
Guadalupe Borjas, 40, is living in the 2700 block of West Sixth Place. He is 5-foot-7, 280 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
He was convicted in 2007 of two counts of third-degree child molestation in Spokane County and in 1987 of communication with a minor for immoral purposes in Grant County.
His victims were girls, ages 12-14, who were not related to Borjas.

Borjas is not wanted by police, but is classified as a Level 3 sex offender, which means he's required to tell them where he is living.

Kennewick police also have a meeting each month to provide information about registered sex offenders and share information about how residents can keep their families safe.
The meetings are at 6 p.m. the second Wednesday of each month at the police station, 211 W. Sixth Ave.
