Local conservationist Scott Woodward will talk to the Lower Columbia Basin Audubon Society on Tuesday about his visit to the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge in Alaska.
The monthly meeting will begin at 7 p.m. with Woodward's talk about 7:45 p.m., and will be held at the Kennewick First Lutheran Church at Yelm Street and Highway 395.
Woodward and his wife Pamela made a visit to ANWR and Denali National Park.
A 60-year resident of the Tri-Cities, Woodward is a retired teacher at Richland High School and Columbia Basin College and serves as president of Tapteal Greenway Association and Ridges to Rivers Open Space Network.
