Pasco officials are looking for people interested in serving on the board of directors for a new public corporation to work on revitalizing downtown.
The Pasco City Council created the Downtown Pasco Development Authority in December to help determine how to give the downtown an economic boost.
The nine-member board is to include representatives of downtown business or property owners, banking or real estate professionals and business or corporate management representatives.
Applications are due by Jan. 28 and available by contacting Pasco Community and Economic Development Department at 545-3441 or on the city's website at www.pasco-wa.gov.
