All lanes of Highway 395 near Court Street in Pasco were reopened at about 7 p.m. Saturday after Department of Transporation crews spent the day inspecting the overpass.
One lane in each direction had been closed since Friday night, when a semi-truck hauling construction equipment crashed into the overpass.
A lane on the Court Street bridge also was closed because of the damage.
Troopers said three other vehicles also were damaged by concrete debris that fell after Donald Albert, 73, of Hermiston, tried to drive southbound under the overpass.

Albert was not injured. He was able to drive his semi-truck from the scene, but the trailer carrying an excavator had to be towed.
Albert was cited for carrying a load over the legal height.
