The Prosser School District will ask voters to pass a bond measure Feb. 8 so it can build a new high school next to Art Fiker Stadium.
The district has scheduled informational meetings for voters at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Whitstran Elementary School; 7 p.m. Thursday at Housel Middle School; and 7 p.m. Jan. 20 at Prosser High School.
Voters can visit the existing high school to see why a new one is needed. Tours are available at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, through Feb. 3. Voters also can tour the school at other times, but they must contact Sheila Jones or Principal Kevin Lusk at 786-1224 to set up a time.
Contact Superintendent Ray Tolcacher at 786-3323 or at ray.tolcacher@prosser schools.org with any questions about the bond measure.
