PROSSER -- Benton County District Court business in Prosser will have a new schedule but no reduction in services starting Monday.
The new year at the courthouse will see District Court office hours from 12:30 to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, with additional hours of 8 a.m. to noon Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Court hearings will be Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, said Jacki Lahtinen, court administrator.
The District Court previously had announced the closure of its Prosser office, except for city of Prosser cases, because of budgetary constraints.
