Richland will raise its minimum standard fees for right-of-way construction permits starting Saturday.
Residential permits will cost a minimum of $75. Commercial permits will cost at least $250.
The city is raising fees because of increased requirements for plan reviews and field inspections because of new state rules on storm water.
