Lourdes health network offers weight seminars

Lourdes Health Network will offer a series of free weight loss seminars in the Mid-Columbia starting Thursday.

Attendees will hear about the physician-supervised Ideal Protein weight-loss program built around low carbohydrate, low fat and low calorie protein supplements.

Seminars dates and locations are:

-- 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Pasco Red Lion, 2525 N. 20th Ave.
