The National Weather Service is predicting a 70 percent chance of rain, possibly mixed with freezing rain, before 10 a.m. today in the Tri-Cities.
Freezing rain also was possible Tuesday night, it said. However, little or no ice accumulation was expected either Tuesday night or today.
The weather in the Tri-Cities is forecast to warm up this week, and highs are forecast in the 40s from Thursday through early next week.
