On This Day: Nov. 24, 1916

Two of Finley's grammar school pupils came to Pasco and were married at the M.E. parsonage. The girl, just fifteen years of age was the daughter of prominent ranchers of Finley, and the young man, of the same place, was an eighth grade pupil and but eighteen years of age. The parents took every known means of apprehending the couple to no avail.
