Badger Club to discuss American Muslims today

Are Muslims patriotic Americans?

Kaleem Ullah, Imam of the Tri-Cities Islamic Center in West Richland, will discuss American Muslims at today's Columbia Basin Badger Club meeting.

Born in India, Ullah was raised in Pakistan before going to England to study mechanical engineering. After receiving his doctorate, he lived in Canada for eight years and came to the United States in 1981.

He is a U.S. citizen.

The lunch is at 11:30 a.m. at the Kennewick Red Lion. Cost is $20.
