A chain-reaction crash on Highway 395 and Clearwater Avenue slowed traffic, but the drivers managed to escape with little or no injuries.
The crash, which occurred around 3 p.m. Wednesday, was caused when Chantelle Erickson, 27, of Kennewick, failed to yield as she turned onto the highway, the Washington State Patrol said.
Erickson entered the highway from the Walgreens parking lot and went across the southbound lanes to the left-hand turn lane, troopers said.
Erickson's 1999 Dodge Caravan was hit by a 2010 Toyota Tundra that was going south on the highway. The driver, Aurora Velazquez, 61, of Kennewick, suffered minor injuries but was not taken to the hospital, troopers said.

Velazquez's truck was then pushed into a 2002 Volkswagen Beetle, driven by Aurora Hinkley, 25, of Kennewick, who was stopped at the light.
Hinkley was treated at Kennewick General Hospital. Erickson was not hurt.
