Franklin County sheriff's detectives are looking for the owner of a kayak found last month on the Columbia River.
The department's marine patrol recovered the floating kayak June 20 near Pasco, said Detective Jason Nunez.
Two oars were found with it but the owner has not yet been found, he said.
The case is being handled as a found property investigation.
