Bob Williams, founder and senior fellow of the Evergreen Freedom Foundation, will speak Wednesday at a dinner in Pasco about the importance of the coming 2010 election.
The foundation is an Olympia-based public policy organization with a stated mission to "advance individual liberty, free enterprise, and limited, accountable government."
Wilson is known as a national expert on fiscal and tax policies, election reform and disaster preparedness.
He worked as a GAO auditor for the Pentagon and Postal Service before moving to Washington and serving five terms in the state Legislature.
