In June highs in the Tri-Cities averaged 78.8 degrees, which is cooler than the normal average temperature of 82.4 degrees.

Lows averaged 55.6 degrees, which is slightly above the normal average of 54.6 degrees. Precipitation totaled 1.33 inches in Kennewick last month, well above the normal of 0.4 inch for June.
No high or low daily temperature records were set for June at Hanford, where the Hanford Meteorological Station maintains temperature records back to 1945.
