PASCO -- A Pasco man faces possible vehicular assault charges after running into a parked car while driving along Interstate 182 in Pasco.
The Washington State Patrol says Willie F. Anderson Jr., 47, is under investigation for drunken driving in connection with the 9:43 p.m. accident.
Anderson was headed east in a Ford Escort when he hit a 1997 Chevy Suburban parked on the shoulder of the road near milepost 11, the state patrol said.
Passengers in his car included Mandy Anderson, 27, Willie Anderson III, 16, Rebecca Anderson, 8, Jessie Anderson, 6, and Dacota Anderson, 5.
The adults were not injured; all the children were taken to Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.
Willie III, the only person not wearing a seat belt, was treated and released. Rebecca, Jessie and Dacota remained in the hospital Sunday and were listed in stable condition, hospital officials said.
