Henry W. Desgranges, 92, who came to Washington in 1880 and in later years published a newspaper, fought rustlers and processed the first grapes in Kennewick, died this morning at his home at 1103 W. Kennewick Avenue. When he was 17, backed by his father and businessmen, bought the town's weekly paper in Rockford and became the youngest publisher in the territory of Washington.
