That the present Republican administration has not forgotten the "forgotten man" was the contention of Major Norman Allen Imrie, first speaker of the Republican national committee of spellbinders to be heard here, in an address delivered at noon at the corner of Lewis and Fourth streets before about 75 people. He concluded with a plea for the retention of the Hoover administration, which he claimed, has done all possible to relieve the distress and deserves the continued confidence of the American people.
