Jim Parker of Pasco, a former army staff sergeant who served in Korea, says the Americans knew when Russia began establishing it's "Peoples' Government" in North Korea. "The refugees began to stream through the barbed wire entanglements set up at the 38th parallel" he reports. "The Russians kept a good guard during the day, but the Koreans sneaked through at night."
